Antonio Tobias Mendez (aka Toby b. Denver, Colorado 1963)[1] is an American sculptor.

Mendez has produced over twenty public monuments: his sculptures include Thurgood Marshall,[2][3] Don Shula,[4] Mohandas Gandhi,[5] Major Taylor,[5][6] and part of the United States Navy Memorial.[7] as well as being nominated as one of the three finalists to complete the Bill Russell statue in the city of Boston at the City Hall Plaza.
Toby Mendez is the son of Tony Mendez, former CIA operative and author of The Master of Disguise: My Secret Life in the CIA[8] and Spy Dust.
